Delivery:
For orders to be dispatched the same day, they must be made before 3pm (UK time) Monday to Friday. Orders that are made after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders that are made after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday).
We offer various delivery services via Royal Mail, including 24 and 48 Hour Tracked, as well as a Guaranteed Next Day (delivered by 1pm). We also offer International Tracked for customers ordering from outside of the UK.

We understand the importance of keeping your little one's footwear in top condition. Here are some tips to ensure your baby's shoes stay looking great for longer:
Regular Cleaning
Wipe down your baby's shoes with a damp cloth regularly to remove any dirt or stains. Avoid fully immersing in water, and do not bleach or soak.
Air Dry
After cleaning, allow the shoes to air dry naturally.
Storage
Store your baby's shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Suede
Gently brush suede with a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt. For stains, use a suede cleaner. Always allow suede shoes to air dry naturally, avoiding direct heat sources.

Our advice is to measure your little one’s feet at home yourself. The easiest way to do this is to place a piece of paper on a flat surface against a wall. Get your little one to stand on the paper with their heel against the wall. Mark next to their big toe and then take a note of the measurement in centimetres (to the nearest millimetre). Each product page details the measurements for each shoe size, so once you know the length of your child’s feet, it’s just a case of selecting the most appropriate size.

We advise that you regularly check the size of your children’s feet as it’s important that they wear the correct size shoes in order for their feet to develop healthily and naturally.
The rule of thumb is that if you can slide your little finger down the back of the shoe then there is enough room for movement.
If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them for a full refund. If the shoes don’t fit, we can exchange them for a different size.

When ordering using our standard UK delivery service (48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail) delivery usually takes 2 working days. However, delivery time can vary and we would ask that you allow up to 7 days. If your shoes have not arrived within 7 days then please contact us.
We also offer 24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail and Guaranteed Next Day (delivered before 1pm). For orders to be dispatched the same day, you must order before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
